Return & Exchange Policy

This Return and Exchange Policy is only applicable for purchases made through MINAZ Website, Certified Personal Shoppers, Certified Dropships, and Fashion Advisors.

We will not be responsible for item(s) that are purchased through non-registered Certified Personal Shoppers, Certified Dropships, and Fashion Advisors. 

 

  1. Complaints must be lodged within 7 working days starting on the day the customer has received the order. Complaints made after the lapse of this period will not be entertained. Please allow us within 48 hours to respond to your complaints.
  2. For complaints on item(s) purchased through Certified Personal Shopper/Certified Dropship/Fashion Advisors, customers must liaise with their Certified Personal Shopper/Certified Dropship/Fashion Advisors within 7 working days after they received the parcel. Certified Personal Shopper/Certified Dropship/Fashion Advisors will then bring the issue to Headquarters and complaints will then be entertained by the persons-in-charge.
  3. Return and exchange are only applicable for item(s) that are defective or damaged from our side, or mistakenly delivered.
  4. When returning, please make sure the item is still in good condition, unworn, unwashed, and in an unaltered condition with all tags attached. The new item will be processed within 7-14 working days to deliver back to the customer.
  5. We will not attend any exchanges for a different color, size, and design or any wrong purchases. Examples: “I change my mind”, “I don't like this design”, “The size doesn’t fit me”, "I wish to change to another size", “I’ve bought or clicked on the wrong product/variant”, "I want to change to another color".
  6. All return or exchange item(s) and return postage fees will be refunded through store credit only. 
  7. We do not provide refunds. However, we do entertain requests for refunds under the circumstances for cases of out-of-stock or defects that have no replacements or beyond repair.
